Statement on the Privacy of Customer Information

  • MainSource Financial Group will collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources: Information we receive from you on applications or other forms; Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
  • MainSource Financial Group will NOT disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
  • MainSource Financial Group may disclose all of the information in subsection (a) to nonaffiliated third parties that are service providers that perform services on our behalf, that perform marketing services on our behalf, or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. Categories of these nonaffiliated third parties would include financial service providers, such as marketing information services, that help market or evaluate our products and services and provide opportunities to our customers. We may also disclose nonpublic personal information to our MainSource Financial Group affiliates in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act to help provide other MainSource Financial Group products and services to our customers.
  • MainSource Financial Group restricts access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
